About All Star Box Club

History:

ALL Star Box Club a New Jersey based limited liability company that was formed in 2008. The All star Box Club is a company that provides traditional boxing training, general fitness and sports conditioning training. All Star Box Club is a member of USA Amateur Boxing and the Mid Atlantic Boxing Association our trainers our USA Amateur certified coaches and professional boxing trainers licensed with the State of New Jersey Athletic Commission

Overview:

All Star Box Club instructs individuals as well as group fitness training in the art of traditional Boxing. The programs offered focus on the following disciplines: Strength Conditioning, Speed & Quickness, Explosive Movement, Core Strength, Weight Loss, Muscle Development. All our members will receive the benefits of our Boxing and cross training program which is comprised of physical fitness techniques that are core fundamentals for all sports conditioning and general fitness.

The Mission of All Star Box Club is to develop an individual to reach his or her maximum potential through proper physical fitness instruction and the understanding of the principals and methodologies of human physiology.
