All Star Box Club – Overview
All Star Box Club instructs individuals as well as group fitness training in the art of traditional Boxing. The programs offered focus on the following disciplines: Strength Conditioning, Speed & Quickness, Explosive Movement, Core Strength, Weight Loss, Muscle Development. All our members will receive the benefits of our Boxing and cross training program which is comprised of physical fitness techniques that are core fundamentals for all sports conditioning and general fitness.
All Star Box Club is a Olympic -Styled Boxing Training Center sanctioned through USA Boxing, Inc.
We are fully licensed and fully insured Boxing Facility focused 100% on the fitness and safety of our members.
